Return & Refund Policy

At Chef Hassan’s Kitchen, every order is prepared with careful planning, fresh ingredients, and customized attention to detail. To ensure the highest quality, we begin purchasing groceries and preparing your menu several days in advance of your event.

Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed. Cancelling an order after it has been scheduled results in a forfeit of funds, as the ingredients and preparation time have already been allocated specifically for your event.

Drop-Off Catering Orders

  • Once catering has been delivered, the customer is fully responsible for proper food handling, storage, and serving conditions. Chef Hassan’s Kitchen is not liable for any food quality or safety concerns after delivery.

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Customers must inspect and confirm their order at the time of delivery.

  • If there is an issue, it must be reported immediately so it can be verified and addressed.

  • Failure to inspect the order upon delivery will be considered full acceptance of the order as-is, and Chef Hassan’s Kitchen cannot accept any claims afterward.
