Shipping & Delivery Policy — Food Orders and Catering Services

All orders are prepared fresh and delivered according to the agreed-upon time and address provided at checkout or in the catering agreement. Delivery fees and availability are determined based on distance, order size, and scheduling demands.

Once food is delivered and accepted by the client or a designated representative, full responsibility for the handling, storage, and consumption of all items transfers to the client. The company is not liable for any spoilage, contamination, temperature loss, or degradation in quality that occurs after delivery.

If on-site catering services are not included, our team’s responsibility ends upon verified drop-off. Any requests for setup or presentation must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.

For health and safety compliance, food should be consumed within two hours of delivery or kept at proper food-safe temperatures thereafter. Reheating or refrigeration, if applicable, is at the client’s discretion and risk.

In the event that no one is available to receive the order at the scheduled time, the driver will attempt one contact. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned, and the client may be charged a re-delivery fee or forfeit the order entirely.

By placing an order or booking catering services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms, including full responsibility for food quality and safety once the order has been delivered or received.
